  • Be between 18 and 32 years old at the application closing date.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, PhD, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Be proficient in at least one ECOWAS official language (English, French, or Portuguese).
  • Apply for a maximum of two positions using a single cover letter.
