Position: Program Manager

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
- Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in programme management.
- Demonstrate strong experience managing donor-funded projects.
- Have a proven track record in grant writing and fundraising.
- Possess experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).
- Have experience in human rights, gender, justice, or related development sectors (an advantage).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programme design, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable project plans.
- Oversee project performance, risk management, and impact delivery.
- Coordinate multiple programmes across thematic areas.
- Identify funding opportunities and develop grant proposals, concept notes, and Expressions of Interest (EOIs).
- Build and maintain partnerships with donors and development partners.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and reporting standards.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain proper documentation and accountability systems.
