Responsibilities
As a Field Verification Officer, you will:
- Conduct physical verification of business and residential addresses.
- Visit loan applicants’ businesses to assess operations, inventory, and business activities.
- Verify guarantors, employee references, and other relevant contacts.
- Ensure all field verifications comply with Moniepoint’s standard operating procedures.
- Prepare detailed and accurate verification reports.
- Identify inconsistencies or potential risk factors during field visits.
- Perform other verification-related duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in any business-related discipline.
- Good knowledge of the local geographical area.
- At least 2 years’ experience in credit risk, loan verification, or field verification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism.
