Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Providing support to PalmPay agents and merchants
- Resolving POS and transaction-related issues
- Training and onboarding new agents
- Monitoring agent performance and activities
- Supporting customer service operations
- Building strong relationships with agents within assigned territories
- Escalating technical issues when necessary
- Promoting PalmPay products and services
General Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to provide POS and agent support
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Added Advantage
- Previous fintech experience
- Experience in agency banking operations
- Experience supporting merchants or POS agents
