1. Content Creator
PMN Farms is seeking a creative professional to develop engaging digital content that promotes the company’s products, operations, projects, and brand across various online platforms.
Key Requirements
- Degree, HND, or Diploma in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio of previous work
- Skills in photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and content planning
2. Product Designer
The Product Designer will be responsible for developing product packaging, branding materials, visual assets, and customer-facing designs that strengthen the PMN Farms brand.
Key Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years experience in product or graphic design
- Strong design portfolio
- Proficiency in design software and branding tools

3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer
The HSE Officer will oversee workplace safety, environmental compliance, risk assessments, inspections, and employee safety awareness programmes.
Key Requirements
- Degree or HND in HSE, Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years HSE experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation
- Professional HSE certifications are an added advantage
4. Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
Key Requirements
- Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or business development
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Agricultural sales experience is an added advantage
5. Procurement Officer
The Procurement Officer will coordinate sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, inventory support, and procurement documentation to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Requirements
- Degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years procurement or supply chain experience
- Strong negotiation, sourcing, and vendor managemeMinimum of 3 years HR experience
- Strong communication, documentation, and employee management skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes and labour regulations
