Who Can Apply (Requirements)
To be eligible for this program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Possess at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.
2. Have a minimum of five (5) credits in O’Level results (including Mathematics and English).
3. Be 26 years old or younger at the time of application.
4. Must have completed the NYSC program and have a valid discharge certificate.
5. Clearly provide personal details such as Date of Birth, Gender, and Class of Degree during application.
What to Expect in the Program
Selected candidates will undergo intensive training and may be assigned to different roles, departments, and locations. While the primary location is Lagos, trainees should be open to working anywhere across Nigeria as required.
The program is designed to expose participants to increasing levels of responsibility and real business challenges.
