- Must be a polytechnic, technical college, or tertiary institution student
- Be a graduate or job seeker passionate about learning digital skills.
- Have basic reading and computer literacy skills
- Residents of MTN operating countries, including Nigeria

Once you register, you will be led to take a personalized survey to understand your career goals. The purpose of the survey is to give you a personalized set of outcomes that will help you on your digital career journey.
You can choose to take the survey as many times as you desire, and all the results will reflect your own likes and dislikes. The results will then link you up to a career guidance page, where you will be able to read more on the different career fields.
This will help identify what careers fall into each field, where you can study, and how you can go about applying for further education after you have completed the 3 basic courses.
To start learning, you can access specific content via our partner learning platform. The courses specifically focused on providing you with foundational training, etc.
Individuals who performed well in these courses or who wish to do a more in-depth training program are welcome to apply for further micro-degrees that will set them on a specialized digital path.
Finally, your access to the advanced micro-degrees and advanced courses will be activated and enabled once you have completed the 3 basic courses.
