General Requirements

1. Open to Nigerian citizens aged 18–50 years.
2. Applicants must possess appropriate qualifications, competencies, and skills.
3. NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is mandatory for officer cadre roles.
4. Digital literacy and relevant work experience will be an added advantage.

Specific Requirements by Position

A. Senior Officer (CONTISS 9)

1. Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, or Master’s degree plus at least six years’ post-qualification cognate experience.
2. Professional certifications are an added advantage.

B. Trainee/Officer I (CONTISS 8)

1. Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
2. At least three years’ cognate experience.
3. Professional certifications are an advantage.

C. Trainee Officer II (CONTISS 7)

1. First degree in a relevant discipline.

1. At least Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies.
2. Minimum of three years’ cognate experience.

E. Assistant Cameraman (CONTISS 5)

1. National Diploma (ND) in Cinematography or Mass Communication.
2. Experience will be an added advantage.
3. Data Processing Assistant (CONTISS 5)
4. National Diploma (ND) in Computer Science or Computer Studies.

F. Artisan/Craftsman (CONTISS 4 or 3)

1. At least O’Level Certificate with a Trade

2. Test Certificate in the relevant discipline.

G. Lift Operator (CONTISS 4 or 3)

1. At least First School Leaving Certificate.
2. Technical training/experience will be an advantage.

H. Motor Driver/Mechanic (CONTISS 4 or 3)

2. Valid Class C Driver’s License plus Motor

3. Vehicle Mechanic Certificate (Grade II).
