The Federal Government has officially started disbursing the N35,000 monthly stipend to beneficiaries of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF SUPA) Skill-Up Artisans (SUPA) Programme. Trainees who achieved at least 90% attendance during the training sessions have begun receiving credit alerts.
This second phase of the SUPA programme, which commenced in August 2025, is now in its payment stage. Beneficiaries across Nigeria have confirmed receipt of the stipend, with the most social media particularly Facebook filled with posts such as: “SUPA ITF has started payment of N35k for those trained.”
One of the widely circulated SMS alerts reads:
“Credit

The ITF had earlier informed training centres that only trainees who attended at least 90% of their sessions would be eligible for this payment. To ensure compliance, ITF carried out nationwide monitoring and spot checks to validate training activities, certify attendance, and evaluate training quality.
