The Federal Ministry of Education has officially opened the application portal for the recruitment of Technical Facilitators into Federal Technical Colleges nationwide.
The one-year strategic intervention is aimed at strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda.

According to the Ministry, the initiative is designed to bridge Nigeria’s growing skills gap by engaging qualified, industry-experienced professionals who can deliver modern, competency-based technical training.
The move forms part of ongoing reforms to reposition Federal Technical Colleges as centres of excellence for innovation, skills development, and workforce readiness.
Federal Technical Colleges Programme Objective
The recruitment drive seeks experienced technical experts with strong teaching and pedagogical capacity to enhance both practical and theoretical instruction. The goal is to improve the quality, relevance, and labour-market alignment of technical education across Nigeria.
Successful applicants will support the transformation of TVET institutions by delivering industry-driven training that reflects current workplace realities and evolving economic demands.

Selection Process
Interested candidates must complete the official online application form through the Ministry’s designated portal.
The Ministry emphasized that all applications will undergo a transparent, rigorous, and merit-based evaluation process. Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee selection.
Application Deadline
The deadline for submission is 11:59 PM on Monday, 16 March 2026.
