Applications are now open for the PalmPay Purple Woman 3.0 Training Programme, a fully sponsored initiative designed to equip women with practical, job-ready digital skills.
This year’s edition moves beyond a standard masterclass format by offering structured learning and hands-on exposure for women seeking to build careers in technology and related fields.

With the theme “Empowered Women Empower the World,” the programme will run from March 5 to March 7, 2026. The first two days (March 5–6) will feature intensive virtual training sessions, while the final day (March 7) will include a physical masterclass and networking event in Lagos.
Training Tracks
Participants can apply for any of the following tracks:
- Software Engineering (Frontend, Backend, Testing)
- UI/UX Design
- Digital Marketing and Data Analysis
- Project Management
- Talent Development
The programme is structured for early-career professionals and women transitioning into tech. While prior knowledge is an advantage, the curriculum is designed to strengthen practical skills and improve employability.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
1. Have completed NYSC or possess an official exemption certificate
2. Be available to fully participate in the three-day programme
3. Meet the programme’s general eligibility requirements
4. Participation does not guarantee automatic employment. However, exceptional participants may be considered for internship placements or future opportunities based on performance and business needs.
Selection and Certification
Only 100 women will be shortlisted
10 finalists will be selected at the end of the programme
Successful applicants will receive confirmation via email
All participants who complete the training will receive a certificate
