About the Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Programme (PSAP)
The Public Service Accelerator Programme (PSAP) is a three-month leadership and capacity-building programme designed to equip participants with modern leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and practical knowledge required for effective governance.
The programme supports the Lagos State Government’s commitment to building a responsive, innovative, and future-ready public service capable of delivering on the state’s T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda and other development priorities.
Programme Structure
PSAP adopts a hybrid learning model that combines both virtual and physical learning experiences.

1. Lagos State Civil Servants currently on Grade Levels 12 to 14 across Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs)
2. Officers currently on Grade Level 10 who are awaiting confirmation of promotion to Grade Level 12 from the most recent promotion exercise
Applicants must be committed to professional growth and improving public service outcomes within Lagos State.
