Applications are now open for the 2026 Educational Scholarship Programme of the Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Empowerment Foundation (ICCEF Scholarship).
The scholarship is designed to support indigent students enrolled in public secondary and tertiary institutions across Nigeria
The programme is committed to promoting quality education while honoring the enduring legacy of Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma by empowering young Nigerians to reach their full potential.

What You Will Receive
Successful applicants will benefit from a fully funded tuition scholarship.
Scholarship Categories
Applicants may apply under only one of the following categories:
Tuition Fees Scholarship: For indigent students enrolled in public secondary and tertiary institutions.
Project-Based Scholarship: For indigent final-year students whose research projects focus on human rights and social justice, justice sector reforms, law enforcement and policing, gender and development, or youth empowerment.
Note: Applicants who submit more than one application will be automatically disqualified.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Empowerment Foundation programme (ICCEF),you must:
- Be a Nigerian citizen.
- Be currently enrolled in a public secondary or tertiary institution in Nigeria.
- Have a good academic record and demonstrate commitment to your studies.
- Show genuine financial need.
- Be willing to participate in any monitoring and evaluation activities organized by the Foundation.

Required Documents
To apply for the Innocent Chukwuemeka Chukwuma Empowerment Foundation programme, the following are required.
- A completed application form.
- A recent passport photograph.
- Proof of admission or a valid student identification card.
- Your latest academic result or transcript.
- A personal statement (not more than 500 words) describing your educational goals, financial need, and how this scholarship will help you succeed academically.
- A recommendation letter from your school, lecturer, teacher, or a respected community head.
Selection Timeline
Applications will be reviewed in August 2026, while successful applicants will be notified in September 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
