Professional Cadre
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline from a government-recognised institution.
- Master’s Degree in the relevant field (where applicable).
- Relevant professional certification where applicable (e.g. NBA, COREN, NSE, NIQS, etc.).
- Minimum of two (2) years post-qualification cognate experience.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate or Certificate of Exemption.
- Demonstrable practical knowledge in the relevant profession.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.
Administrative Officer II
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualification in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Sciences from a government-recognised institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in administration, records management, electoral operations, or related duties.
- NYSC Discharge Certificate or Certificate of Exemption.
- Good knowledge of data management and record keeping.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other ICT applications.
Executive Officer
Applicants must possess:
- National Certificate in Education (NCE) or equivalent qualification from a government-recognised institution.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and data handling.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under supervision.
