INEC Permanent Staff Recruitment Vacancies Eligibility Requirements

Professional Cadre

Applicants must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline from a government-recognised institution.
  • Master’s Degree in the relevant field (where applicable).
  • Relevant professional certification where applicable (e.g. NBA, COREN, NSE, NIQS, etc.).
  • Minimum of two (2) years post-qualification cognate experience.
  • NYSC Discharge Certificate or Certificate of Exemption.
  • Demonstrable practical knowledge in the relevant profession.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital tools.

Administrative Officer II

Applicants must possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or equivalent qualification in Social Sciences, Humanities, or Sciences from a government-recognised institution.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in administration, records management, electoral operations, or related duties.
  • NYSC Discharge Certificate or Certificate of Exemption.
  • Good knowledge of data management and record keeping.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other ICT applications.

Executive Officer

Applicants must possess:

  • National Certificate in Education (NCE) or equivalent qualification from a government-recognised institution.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and data handling.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under supervision.
