Eligibility Criteria
The Bridge Scholarship is seeking students who have demonstrated academic excellence, resilience, leadership potential, and a genuine commitment to completing their university education.
Applicants must:
- Be fully enrolled in a public university in Nigeria.
- Be in Year 1 up to the penultimate year of their undergraduate programme.
- Demonstrate genuine financial need.
- Show a strong commitment to completing their Bachelor’s degree.
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0/4.0 or 3.5/5.0.
- Demonstrate integrity, perseverance, and resilience.
- Be actively involved in leadership, co-curricular, or community service activities.
Required Documents
Applicants are required to merge all documents into one PDF file in the exact order below:
- Valid means of identification (NIN or Voter’s Card).
- JAMB or University Admission Letter.
- Personal Statement (maximum 500 words) explaining a major challenge you have overcome.
- JAMB Result (Year 1 applicants only).
- WAEC/NECO Result (Year 1 applicants only).
- Academic Transcript or Academic Record (mandatory for students above Year 1).
- Departmental Letter confirming academic standing.
- Two Recommendation Letters.
