Marketplace Process Improvement Analyst
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving operational challenges, analysing business processes, and working closely with technology teams to improve customer and merchant experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution.
- 1–2 years’ experience in e-commerce, business analysis, project management, customer service, process improvement, or a related field.
- Customer Service Officer experience in an e-commerce or technology company is an added advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Direct Sales Agent
This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, sales, and promoting products and services in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements
- NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc., or an equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and meet sales targets.
Category Manager
This opportunity is designed for experienced professionals who can manage product categories, negotiate with suppliers, and drive business growth through effective merchandising strategies.
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Category Management or a similar role.
