Position Available: Customer Support Officer
Job Location: Fully Remote

Salary: ₦300,000 – ₦450,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Respond to customer enquiries through email, chat, and other support channels.
- Resolve customer complaints and transaction-related issues.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work closely with the Tech, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend service improvements.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of customer support experience.
- Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital financial services.
- Working knowledge of stablecoins, cryptocurrency transactions, blockchain technology, and digital wallets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and customer support platforms.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
