Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Provide HR support on employee relations and workplace issues.
- Assist with performance management and staff appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee training and professional development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws.

Requirements
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

View all- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Experience using HR and project management tools such as ClickUp, Odoo, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interest in sustainability, environmental development, and international development work.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
