Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Assist in preparing financial reports, variance analysis, and performance summaries.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial data.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and business reporting.
- Support business case preparation for new projects and investments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Contribute to improving FP&A processes and reporting systems.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Have no prior professional experience (internships or academic projects are beneficial).
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Have a genuine interest in FinTech, Banking, Cryptocurrency, and Blockchain.
- Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Looker, SQL, or similar data tools is an added advantage.
- Have a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
