The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency of content published on the Dailylight Channel website and official social media platforms.

About the Role
The Blog Editor and Website Publisher will be responsible for preparing, editing, publishing and distributing content across Dailylight Channel’s digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong command of written English and be able to turn information from credible sources into clear, accurate, useful and reader-friendly articles.
The role also requires attention to detail because published content must be properly researched, fact-checked, formatted and reviewed before going live.
Candidates should be comfortable working remotely, managing assigned tasks independently and meeting agreed publication deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Writing and publishing blog posts and other relevant website content
- Editing, rewriting and proofreading articles where necessary
- Researching information from credible and authoritative sources before publication
- Verifying important information and identifying areas that require additional checks
- Preparing and maintaining a content calendar for scheduled publications
- Ensuring articles are properly formatted and presented before publication
- Publishing approved content through the website’s content management system
- Posting published content on Dailylight Channel’s official Twitter/X and LinkedIn platforms
- Creating or assisting with basic visual content for articles and social media posts
- Ensuring published articles meet the organisation’s editorial standards
- Keeping track of assigned content and publication deadlines
- Working with editorial guidance to maintain consistency, accuracy and quality across published content

Experience

Dailylight Employment Package
