About Dangote Cement Technical Training Program 2026
The HEMM (Heavy Earth Moving Machinery) Operators Training Programme focuses on preparing participants for safe and efficient operation of heavy-duty equipment used in mining.
The training combines both theoretical and practical learning to ensure participants gain real-world experience.
Training components include:
- Safety and behavioural training
- Classroom-based technical instruction

Who Can Apply

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Minimum of five credit passes in WAEC/NECO, including English and Mathematics
2. OR possess a National Technical Certificate (NTC), NABTEB, or Trade Test (Levels I–III)
3. Must be between 22 and 35 years old
4. Must have a valid means of identification
5. Must be physically and mentally fit
6. Demonstrate discipline and strong awareness of safety practices
7. Willingness to undergo intensive training and assessments
Note: Prior experience in mining or equipment operation is an added advantage but not compulsory.
