The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has released an important clarification regarding the upcoming medical screening exercise for candidates shortlisted in the 2025 recruitment exercise into the:

  • Nigeria Correctional Service (NCoS)
  • Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS)
  • Federal Fire Service (FFS)
  • Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)

No Official Dress Code Announced

According to the Board, there is no prescribed dress code for applicants participating in the medical screening exercise scheduled to begin on 22nd June 2026.

Candidates are advised to attend the screening in normal, decent attire and should disregard any information circulating on social media or other platforms directing them to wear a specific type of clothing.

Do Not Bring Your Credentials

CDCFIB also clarified that applicants should not come with their credentials or certificates to the medical screening venue.
