Relationship Officer
Successful candidates will be responsible for customer acquisition, loan portfolio management, credit assessment, business development, and promoting the bank’s financial products within assigned communities.
Key Responsibilities
The following are the requirements for the successful applicants:
- Acquire new customers and grow loan and deposit portfolios
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service delivery
- Conduct credit assessments, field visits, and loan due diligence activities
- Monitor client performance and support loan recovery processes
- Achieve assigned sales and portfolio growth targets
- Promote LAPO’s banking products and services within local communities
Eligibility Requirements
1. Minimum of OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
2. Strong sales, marketing, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
4. Good communication and customer engagement skills
5. Knowledge of financial services or microfinance operations is an added advantage
