About the NNPC/Renaissance JV Enterprise Development Programme 2026
The Enterprise Development Programme focuses on empowering young entrepreneurs through structured business training and enterprise support.
Participants will receive guidance on business planning, management, growth strategies, and opportunities to connect with investors and financial institutions.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degre
- Have completed NYSC where applicable
- Not be engaged in paid employment
- Have an innovative and viable business idea
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in entrepreneurship
- Not have operated a business for more than three years
- Not have previously benefited from the Renaissance Enterprise Development Programme (formerly NNPC-SPDC JV LiveWIRE) or similar programmes

Applicants must be indigenes of any of the following states:
- Rivers
- Bayelsa
- Delta
- Imo
- Abia
- Akwa Ibom
- Cross River
- Edo
