Roche is inviting applications for its Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability (IP2TIS) 2026, offering a unique chance for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience while contributing to a real healthcare project in Nigeria.
This internship focuses on supporting efforts to improve cervical cancer screening by integrating HPV testing into existing HIV laboratory systems.

Selected interns will work on a live pilot project, gaining practical exposure to laboratory operations, healthcare systems, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves supporting training, monitoring workflows, tracking data, and contributing to solutions that improve access to screening and overall healthcare delivery.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must:
- Be currently studying or have recently completed a degree (within 12 months) in:
- Medical Laboratory Science, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or Biological Sciences
- Have basic knowledge of laboratory processes and sample handling
- Be familiar with Excel and data tracking
- Possess strong communication skills and attention to detail
