Applications are now open for the She Code Africa Laptop Scholarship 2026, a fully funded initiative designed to support women and girls in Nigeria who are passionate about building careers in technology but lack access to a personal laptop.
This programme, powered by She Code Africa in partnership with HP, aims to remove one of the biggest barriers in tech learning; access to a functional computer.
By providing brand-new laptops, the initiative enables beneficiaries to participate in online learning, complete projects, and access global opportunities in the tech ecosystem.

About the She Code Africa Laptop Scholarship 2026 Programme
She Code Africa is a leading pan-African nonprofit committed to bridging the gender gap in technology. Since 2016, the organisation has empowered thousands of women through training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
The Laptop Scholarship is part of this mission—helping aspiring female tech talents gain the tools they need to succeed.
Who Can Apply
1. This scholarship is open to women and girls currently residing in Nigeria, specifically in:
- Adamawa State
- Ondo State
- Edo State
- Ebonyi State
2. Applicants must:
- Be passionate about technology
- Be currently learning or planning to learn a tech skill
- Not have access to a personal laptop
