This is the latest CDCFIB Recruitment Shortlist 2024/2025 updates. The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially announced the next phase of its ongoing 2024/2025 recruitment exercise.
Candidates who participated in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted in November 2025 can now verify their recruitment status and proceed to the physical screening and document verification stage.

How to Check CDCFIB Recruitment Shortlist for Physical Screening 2026
Candidates who wrote the CBT examination should follow the steps below to verify their status.
Step 1: Visit the CDCFIB Recruitment Portal
From 15th June to 20th June 2026, visit the official recruitment portal: https://recruitment.cdcfib.gov.ng
You will need to:
- Enter your Application Number
- Use the same application number used during registration
- Access the portal only through the official CDCFIB website
Important: Do not use unofficial websites or share your application number with anyone.
Step 2: Verify Your Shortlist Status
Once your application number is submitted, the system will automatically verify your status.
If You Are Shortlisted
You will gain access to the document upload section and proceed to the next stage.
If You Are Not Shortlisted
Your recruitment process ends at this stage.
Note: CDCFIB has warned applicants not to disclose their application numbers to third parties.
Step 3: Upload Credentials and Select Screening Venue
Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete document verification between 15th and 20th June 2026.
Applicants must:

- Choose the closest screening venue

- Venue spaces are limited and allocated on a first-selection basis.

Applicants without a valid printed slip may not be allowed to participate.
Step 5: Attend the CDCFIB Physical Examination
Physical Examination Starts: 22nd June 2026
