Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in administration, office operations, facilities management, customer service, social media support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of office administration, inventory management, vendor coordination, and front desk operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience supporting meetings, events, employee engagement, or staff welfare activities is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will contribute to the smooth running of daily administrative and people operations by:
- Supporting office facilities, maintenance, safety, and workplace management.
- Assisting with training room setup, events, and programme coordination.
- Managing the Humans of LEAP Africa social media page and training room bookings.
- Supporting procurement through vendor sourcing, market research, and price comparisons.
- Welcoming visitors and managing front desk operations.
- Monitoring office supplies and inventory.
- Managing refreshments, kitchen supplies, and workplace welfare items.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and staff welfare programmes.
