Key Responsibilities
Depending on the selected career pathway, participants will:
- Provide wealth management and financial planning services.
- Conduct investment research and develop client-focused investment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor investment portfolios and recommend appropriate actions.
- Participate in structured learning sessions, mentorship, and business projects.
- Contribute to solving real business challenges across the organization.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the programme, applicants must:
- Be between 21 and 28 years old.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Possess a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a recognized university.
- Have 0–1 year post-NYSC experience or be an early-career professional seeking structured career development.
- Demonstrate ambition, discipline, learning agility, and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
