Responsibilities
As a Field Collections Officer, you will:
- Visit customers with overdue loan repayments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and follow up on agreed schedules.
- Conduct field investigations where necessary.
- Support the recovery of defaulted loans and assets.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Build professional relationships with customers while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Work with internal teams to improve loan recovery performance.
Requirements
Applicants should possess the following:
- Previous experience in loan collections, debt recovery, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve recovery targets.
- Good knowledge of local routes and communities within the assigned location.
- Must currently reside in Abuja, Ekiti, Kaduna, or Rivers State.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
