The Federal Ministry of Youth Development, through the Nigerian Youth Academy (NiYA), is partnering with Cascador to launch the NiYA × Cascador Founders Programme, an initiative designed to help young Nigerian entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses, become investment-ready and access non-dilutive funding.
The programme will combine practical business training, mentorship and investment-readiness support, giving selected early-stage founders the opportunity to improve their businesses and compete for funding of up to ₦5 million each.

The programme is designed to help young founders move beyond having a business idea or early-stage venture to building a more structured and investment-ready business.
Selected participants will receive:
- Four weeks of intensive entrepreneurship training.
- Business fundamentals and enterprise development training.
- Investment-readiness support.
- Pitch preparation.
- One-on-one mentorship.
- Opportunity to receive up to ₦5 million in non-dilutive funding.
- An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution to help structure and manage their businesses.

The programme is targeted at young Nigerian entrepreneurs and early-stage founders who are building businesses and are ready to strengthen their operations, improve their investment readiness and scale their ventures.
