Union Bank of Nigeria has opened applications for its 2026 Management Trainee Programme and Tech Bootcamp, offering young graduates an opportunity to gain structured training, practical work experience and career development within one of Nigeria’s established financial institutions.

Management Trainee Programme
The Management Trainee Programme is designed for ambitious graduates seeking to build careers in banking and financial services. Participants will receive structured training and practical exposure across different banking functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division, or HND with at least Lower Credit.
- At least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Must not be more than 27 years old at the time of application.
- Must have completed NYSC or possess a certificate of exemption.
Tech Bootcamp
The Tech Bootcamp is designed for young talents interested in building careers at the intersection of technology and banking. It combines technical, business and leadership development to prepare participants for technology-driven roles within Union Bank.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Numerical Sciences or a related discipline, or a relevant professional IT certification.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower Division or HND with at least Lower Credit.
- At least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Must not be more than 27 years old at the time of application.
- Must possess an NYSC discharge certificate or certificate of exemption.
