1. Professor: PhD with extensive teaching and research experience (minimum 15 years), including leadership at senior academic levels and a strong publication record
2. Reader (Associate Professor): PhD with at least 12 years’ experience and proven research contributions
Senior Lecturer: PhD with solid teaching experience (minimum 9 years) and consistent academic publications
3. Lecturer I: Master’s degree (PhD preferred) with relevant teaching experience and research output
4. Lecturer II: Master’s degree with experience or a PhD, alongside evidence of research work
5. Assistant Lecturer: Master’s degree with clear research potential
6. Graduate Assistant: First degree (minimum Second Class Upper) with interest in academic development
