Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will:
- Acquire new customers and promote banking products and services.
- Market consumer loan products and support loan applications.
- Onboard merchants and drive POS terminal deployment.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet assigned sales targets and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with KYC and other regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) or Lower Credit.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
