Position Available
Field Implementation Support Officer (Full-Time)
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Implementation Support Officer, you will:
- Conduct routine monitoring visits to assigned health facilities.
- Collect, verify, and report maternal and newborn health data.
- Ensure accurate documentation and high-quality reporting.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and supportive supervision to healthcare workers.
- Strengthen clinical practices, referral systems, and service delivery.
- Support quality improvement initiatives within health facilities.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders and programme partners.
- Identify service delivery gaps and recommend practical solutions.
- Monitor programme performance and contribute to programme evaluations.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Nursing, Midwifery, or a related health discipline.
- Experience in public health programmes, particularly maternal and newborn health, is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Nigeria’s healthcare system.
- Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned state.
