The Federal Government’s iDICE Skills-to-Jobs Programme 2026 is providing free skills training opportunities for 300,000 young Nigerians across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The programme is designed to help young people develop practical skills in areas connected to the digital economy, creative industries, business process outsourcing (BPO) and workplace employability. It is being implemented by the Bank of Industry (BOI) under the iDICE initiative.
With training slots distributed across the six geopolitical zones, eligible Nigerians between 15 and 35 years old can apply without paying an application fee.

What Is the iDICE Skills-to-Jobs Programme?
The Skills-to-Jobs Programme is designed to equip young Nigerians with practical, industry-relevant skills that can improve their readiness for employment and opportunities within Nigeria’s growing digital and outsourcing economy.
Rather than focusing only on classroom learning, the programme aims to provide training that can help participants develop skills applicable to real workplace and industry environments.
The programme targets 300,000 young Nigerians, with a minimum participation target of 40% for women.

The programme is primarily targeted at young Nigerians who are interested in developing practical skills and are willing to complete the required training.
You may be eligible if you:
- Are between 15 and 35 years old
- Are a Nigerian residing in Nigeria
