The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB) has officially released a step-by-step guide for candidates who participated in the 2024/2025 recruitment exercise.
If you wrote the CDCFIB Recruitment CBT examination conducted in November 2025, this is the next stage that determines whether you will proceed further in the recruitment process.
Many applicants are still asking how to check their status, upload documents, select screening dates, and print their slips. This guide explains everything in simple terms.

CDCFIB Recruitment Portal Opens June 15
According to the Board, shortlisted candidates will be able to verify their status between: 15th June 2026 and 20th June 2026

Applicants are strongly advised to use only the official recruitment portal and avoid third-party websites or agents.
CDCFIB Recruitment Step 1: Check If You Are Shortlisted
From 15th June to 20th June 2026:
- Visit the CDCFIB recruitment portal
- Enter your Application Number
- The system will automatically verify your status
If shortlisted, you will proceed to the next stage.
If not shortlisted, your recruitment process ends at this stage.
Important:
Do not share your application number with anyone.
CDCFIB Recruitment Step 2: Upload Documents and Select Screening Date
Candidates who are shortlisted will be required to:
- Upload all required credentials and supporting documents
- Select their preferred physical screening date
- Choose the nearest available screening venue
- Confirm submission before the portal closes
Applicants should note that available venue slots are limited and non-transferable.
Early selection is strongly advised.

CDCFIB Recruitment Step 3: Download and Print Your Screening Slip
Immediately after completing your submission:
- Download your screening slip
- Print at least two copies
- Verify your name, venue, date, and candidate number
Your printed slip serves as your entry pass for the physical screening exercise.
Keep it safe.
CDCFIB Recruitment Step 4: Attend Physical Screening (Examination)
Physical screening begins: 22nd June 2026
Candidates are advised to:
- Bring only their printed slip
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time
- Dress appropriately for physical fitness assessment
Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate.
CDCFIB Recruitment Step 5: Check Phase One Results
After the physical screening exercise:
- Results will be published on the official CDCFIB portal
- Successful candidates will proceed to Phase Two
- Phase Two will consist of Fitness and Oral Examinations
Applicants should continue monitoring official CDCFIB communication channels for updates.

Do NOT pay anybody for:
- Shortlisting assistance
- Document upload support
- Venue allocation
- Screening access
- Final selection
