With over ₦1.3 billion committed to grants and training, the programme is designed to help female entrepreneurs build resilient, scalable, and sustainable businesses across Nigeria.
Beyond funding, this programme provides a complete growth system by combining practical training, mentorship, and business development support.

Many women-led businesses face challenges like limited access to capital and market opportunities, and Flourish Africa addresses this by equipping participants with both the knowledge and financial backing needed to grow.
Top-performing participants also get the chance to receive significant grant funding to expand their ventures.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be a female entrepreneur
- Be between 18 and 50 years old
- Own a business that has been running for at least 12 months
- Have a business located in Abuja, Lagos, or Port Harcourt
- Not be a previous beneficiary of the programme
- Have access to a device with internet for training sessions
